Ensure your mobile device is using the latest system update.2.
Install or reinstall TEAM by WorkWave from the store.3.
Once installed, ensure the TEAM by WorkWave app is allowed to access your devices location services.4.
Enter your username and password.
If you do not have these, please ask a member of your management team.
TEAM by WorkWave uses GPS capabilities to monitor employees when enabled.
When an employee books off of a shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled.
